In 2015, NIPHCO achieved a significant milestone by introducing new models of Housing Bearings, a move aimed at serving esteemed brands like Nissan, Porsche, and GM. This expansion underscored NIPHCO's agility and capacity to meet evolving market needs promptly. By combining NIPHCO's advanced bearing technology with Yamato Intec's proficiency in precision engineering, YNPC aimed to offer innovative solutions that would resonate with automotive manufacturers worldwide. By May 2017, YNPC commenced production operations in the state-of-the-art Greenfield Automotive Park, equipped with cutting edge technology to ensure precision and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
Recognizing the importance of quality standards, YNPC achieved a significant milestone in February 2018 by obtaining certification from JQA for ISO 9001, laying a solid foundation for future growth and credibility in the industry.
In July 2018, YNPC expanded its product portfolio with the introduction of two new models of Housing, further diversifying its offerings and enhancing its competitive edge in the market.
Continuing its commitment to excellence, YNPC underwent a rigorous ISO 9001 certification audit by BVC in March 2019, reaffirming its dedication to delivering superior quality products and services.
On February 28, 2020, Yamato Intec made a strategic decision to acquire the shares of NIPHCO, subsequently becoming the sole owner of YNPC. This acquisition marked a new chapter in the journey of YNPC, empowering the company to forge ahead with even greater determination and vision.
